POP3 quick and dirty scan, holes and thumb misregistration fixed in meshmixer

Matcap only sketchfab model - downloadable
The quick and dirty (before fixing in meshmixer)
Pretty much only fixed the thumb
Video from the scanner POV (RGB captured frames)
I presume that the misregistration happened between the frames that the “video” goes erratic.

Havaianas scan for JIG
Scan of a couple of “havaianas” to extract the outline for cutting a acrylic jig for printing.
Scan was done using the crumpled paper method to add features for easy scan tracking
Here is the downloadable model
Pop3 capture frames animation
Here is the capture frames as a video, video was made with a new tool i have developed for this pourpose that take the cached frame images (when capturing with texture) and generates a player that one can scrub and analize and also export to a video.
This one is still in alpha but it is a (MVP) and should work fine with any system. As always executable single file is available for download for windows only… other systems must use the python script
Final work (JIG - perfect fit)

Tile mold rework
Case studie: using revopoint Pop3 to acelerate and improve CNC mold remachining ease and precision - Pop3 was used to quickly scan the model already aligned and fixed to the CNC table - Model was then decimated in PrusaSlicer for use with fusion 360 - Referecended and aligned to planes - Used as stock to for the CAM software - CAM programed and simuated over the stock part and mold was remachined
Worktable

3D Model / Decimated
New tile model to pattern
Stock referenced and new negative model added
Fusion360 CAM paths
