Scan not work (led blue) connection probleme

Hi, I have a revoscan POP2, the scan was working before the last update. After that it stays with the blue LED, I try to do the different methods suggested in the form but none of them works. Do you have any solution ???

Hi @Pepito the firmware update was not successful and need to finish .
Please follow my tutorial and do exactly , that the last option you have

Let me know if you succeed
If you do please stop using RS 4.3.1 and move to RS5.0.7 ( you may need RS 4.3.1 to complete the firmware update )
