I found a smilar problem others had with pop 3. But maybe it is related and might help?
No problem with you adding a new topic 
But there are different areas in this forum for better overview and I think your topic fits better in “Discussions” or “Support & Feedback”. I know it might take some time to get used to the use of the forum. I´ve been here for quite a long time and still learning about its functions
