I have a Pop 3 pro and scanned the bust with the kit. Tried to scan another object after the update and nothing is working. It doesn’t have enough points. I tried to rescan the bust and the same thing happens not enough points. I tried to recalibrate it and nothing. turned it on and of. Disconnected and reconnected nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong? It work once and nothing now. Redownloaded the update and installed didn’t uninstall. it tells me “not enough point clouds captured”. I uninstalled and loaded the previous version 5.5.5.0 I think and still it doesn’t see anything.
Are you sure you don’t set it in marker mode ?
If you set on general feature and nothing in the viewport
Please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for technical assistance .
Well could you please give me instructions on how to not set it in marker mode. I tried everything, clicked every setting to try to scan and nothing I did worked.
Please share the screen of Revo Scan after you connect your scanner to it
Put a white paper A4 in front of it at excellent distance and take a screen shot if it and upload so I can see what is going on the screen .
Check the section here for tutorials and how to use it proper
If nothing is showing in the preview you should already contact customer@revopoint3d.com
That what the technical support is for .
Don’t wait for too long since since Revopoint is preparing for Chinese New Year holidays
I don’t think the depth camera is working. I have contacted the support. Its sad I literally used this one time. Why is the Scan box in the upper left corner have a line through it? Haven’t had any success in changing that.
As I suspected the hardware failed since the Depth sensors are not active .
You probably will get replacement on this one.
There is nothing else to add to it .
Just follow the tech support advice from now on.
