POP2 Does not work with any of the Software

May I know if you plug the POP 2 to your phone or Mac directly?

When using the Wi-Fi mode, you can’t use the phone or Mac as the power source. (We will add a reminder in the next version)

Plug the POP 2 into a power bank or AC adapter. (Do not plug it into your Mac) [image] Find the Wi-Fi name from your Mac’s Wi-Fi list. Usually, it is POP2-REVO-A21AXXXX. And enter the password - Revopoint3d. [image] After the Wi-Fi is connected successfully, open “Revo Scan” and wait for a while for connection.
