No scanning - Too near

Hello Revopoint-people,

I have the same issue. It get’s connected to my iPhone (13 Pro Max) but I get no scanning results.
Same with a laptop.
I ordered my Revopoint POP via Kickstarter (backer #6.844).

Please let me know how you can help me.

Please kindly take a video with your connection steps and show the problem in the video, then send it to our customer@revopoint3d.com, and CC forum@revopoint3d.com.

We will check what’s wrong with it, and solve the problem for you asap.

I have this same issue with POP2

I need help

This is apparently a common issue, I also have the same issue.
I thought my depth camera broken, but it’s possible that it has something to do with the laser.

I think those two are related, but still no reaction from Revopoint!

Sorry so much. I told our customer team to reply to you asap.

We had a 3 days short break during April 3-5, which caused our emails and posts to be overloaded. We’re trying our best to reply to them one by one. Sincerely hope you can understand.

I replied to the customer mail last Friday and since then no updates anymore.
Scanner is still not working.

I bought the premium pack and it was well packed, but without a proper scanner everything else is useless.
@Revopoint-Cassie : can you please urge customer support to look at my case, thank you!
