Miraco calibration problem

That’s good to know Tony

Did you tried the glass one after update ? Or you go with the regular board ?

I just updated my Miraco Pro and Plus but not recalibrated it yet as I was too busy yesterday .

This update has adjusted the calibrations with the 2 near boards, yes with the glass one too. Even when I scan I feel a very big improvement. The tracking of the markers is much more precise.

That’s great news Tony , thanks for sharing , you should get better results after calibrating it with the glass anyway .

So I also can’t calibrate my Miraco with RevoScan version 5.5.0 and the latest firmware 1.2.1.31.

The calibration board is the Miraco Near Mode Calibration Board, which I received back when I supported the project on Kickstarter.

Try 5.4.9 for test

Where can I download the version?

@Revopoint-Jane A download archive would be useful

There is knowing bug issue with calibration in the latest build , do not use it for calibrating of any scanners.

Software unit tests could fix this in the future, even if they are no fun to program

guys i have same problem, could anyone send me link for MacOS 5.49 so i can calibrate???
thankx

Did you tried the latest version ?

The bug is still present in Windows.

It worked for me with all Miraco versions.
For some reason there is couple of devices that don’t want to do it beside using version 5.4.9
There is over 12K of Miraco users so not the case for everyone and personally I don’t know why exactly but I suspect, there was one update that after installing prevented the calibration on other version than 5.4.9
I never installed it. I will have to leave a note about it to the team tonight and remind about the isolated troubles some of users have.

i have the 5.5 its the latest version lst time ichecked, is there a newer one?

The latest version are listed in the Download section of the forum and on Revopoint official website , there are no other public versions beside it

The last one is here from 8h ago

Windows11
Revoscan Version 5.5.2
Miraco Pro Version: V1.2.1.31 / System-Version: v2.6.38.20241025

Works!

But make sure that u place your Calibrationboard right, otherwise RevoScan cant update the calibration data (freeze) like that : Miraco calibration problem - #45 by SphaeroX

IMPORTANT: All Dots without cyle to the right side!
Also when u switch diretly from Near-Mode check to Far-Mode,u have to wait about 30 Secound before u can click the Button (it will switch from grey to red)
