MIRACO doesn't scan anything at all

After some months I finally found some time to try my MIRACO scanner. Sadly I have to say it doesn’t work at all. No indoor or outdoor scans are possible.
After hours of bad scanning I tried to calibrate the scanner. But even that isn’t working. The board is barely recoginzed and it’s impossible to calibrate.

What do I miss? It’s a software problem?

It sounds like a technical issues here , please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for technical support , they will check the hardware and make sure what is going on as it is not a proper behavior .
