I’m having some issues with calibration, as the calibrations don’t save. Can you please give me any tips?

Did the calibration was successful or it is failing ?
What scanner are you using and software number plus operating system pls ?

The calibration itself is failing and I’m using a Revopoint Miraco scanner. I’ll have to ask my coworker about the software number and exact Windows variant.
Make sure you have plenty of proper light while calibrating , do not calibrate in low light conditions .
If you still can’t save the calibration please write to customer@revopoint3d.com for hardware issues , including all information regarding Windows version , system etc …
