We would like to emphasize that Revopoint has always been dedicated to providing users with high-quality products and reliable software, and that’s what we have consistently pursued.

The launch of new products and the ongoing improvement and enhancement of software functionality are not mutually exclusive.
While we introduce new products like INSPIRE and MIRACO, we continue to actively enhance software performance. As you can see, alongside our promotions of new products, we also release software updates that are compatible with all our scanners, which is very useful and helpful for current users. This demonstrates our dedication to delivering an excellent user experience.

Within this forum, there’s a wealth of valuable suggestions and feedback regarding the Revo Scan5. We place great importance on this input and take proactive steps to address it. Concerning the issue related to the screen not being maximized, as soon as it was reported by users, we promptly engaged with our development team, and they diligently worked towards resolving the problem. The bug was fixed within two weeks, and we also released an updated version.

I believe all of the actions mentioned above serve as clear evidence that we “prioritizing the enhancement of existing products”.

We will continue to be responsive to user questions and feedback, maintain our existing products, and prioritize the requirements of our dedicated users. Please rest assured.

Regarding the suggestion of implementing a ticketing system similar to GitHub, we will discuss it with our team and assess its feasibility.
