WiFi issues with Pop 3 - IPhone14

Absolutely no network for my new Pop3. I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro Max, unit is powered by the power bank. I have checked these settings, and nothing is showing up under Wi-Fi. There is also no “WLAN” section in iOS, and I’m not sure what I’m looking for.

I used to teach tech support for Apple, so I’m tech savvy…the getting started manual should cover what happens if you can’t connect…just a suggestion. Thanks.

Please check the WiFi network on any other computer or device that support 5Ghz WiFi

Power it up with the power bank , make sure you see green light behind .

You can check literally on any device that can preview WiFi network .

If you still see nothing , I recommend you to contact customer@revopoint3d.com and technical support will evaluate your device for issues .

There is nothing else you can do .
