Currently I have a Banana Pi R3 router that I have the RANGE connect to via Wifi. My mini gaming PC is also connected to the same Wifi as the RANGE.
What I do is remote desktop from my smart phone to the gaming PC and then I’m set to start scanning… I wanted a way to capture things in the moment and made the entire setup battery powered!
I did it too , and used my Tablet as remote monitor for my PC where the scan data rushed to my PC via WiFi and worked perfectly as well .
the best feature in any 3D scanner I say!

Wifi connection with my range works perfectly, it makes things so much easier not having to worry about trailing cables behind me whilst scanning.
