To analyze the problems of the software, our developers add a function for users to report bugs.
The app wouldn’t report bugs to us automatically. It only works when you go click “About” - “Report bugs” - fill in your problems and email address - “submit.”
Please remember to do all the steps to connect POP before you report bugs; otherwise, our product team can’t find the problem.
Remark: If you can’t report the bugs successfully, remember to check if your Wi-Fi is off using the POP.
