Original POP scanner - should it still work? (It's not working?)

Through a series of life events, I bought an original POP scanner way back when and never used it. I have a reason I would like to use it now.

I downloaded the app and tried to connect it to my Android phone - it did not work.

Is the original POP scanner still supported?

Yes. Our software still supports POP scanners. May I ask which software version you are using? And are you connecting via WIFI or via USB? If you could provide us with a video of the connection that would be helpful.
