Thank you! I have been looking for information on how to get USB mode on the Android Revo Scan app and never would have thought to click the icon!

Is there a way to manually remove points before fusing the point cloud instead of using the undo/back button?

Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 - this doesn’t work. Details provided in other threads but no solution provided. Yes I’m using the 2-1 cable, a power bank that provides 2.1 amps power (tried others just to be sure). I’ve confirmed it’s set to usb mode in the app.

Hi @exr90 ,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I checked your posts and found that you can’t use almost every apps, so can we have an online meeting via Skype to check the problem? I will invite our developer team to join this meeting together to help you solve this issue.

Best Regards
Cassie

Yes; Assuming you are in China (I am in USA, PST time zone) then I could do most evenings my time, which means about 10am - 4pm your time. I can do this weekend, or during the coming week. Send me a PM with details.
