As mentioned in the subject, the turntable keeps reporting it has disconnected while trying to scan.
Also I have a black screen and nothing shows in the display. I picked up an upgraded video card that exceeds the requirements and the same issue.
I have turned off GPU acceleration without success. I just get nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated before I return it.
Update : I found that I had plugged in the scanner to USB 2.0 port. Changing that to USB 3.0 solved the black screen issue however I am still having the turn table disconnect. Any suggestions?

Have you figured out what the issue is. I am having the same issue with my turntable. And so far it is looking like a hardware issue. Just wanted to see what they told you and see if it helps my issue
