Black screen on pc when scanning

Experiencing a black screen on my pc. I tried the mobile application and it connected once and disconnected and doesn’t show the WiFi name anymore in my settings. Can I get some assistance please. I have also attached screenshots of my pc settings

Your scanner is not connected to the software at all .
So the only thing you can try is go to the windows settings and check the permissions under Camera , if Revo Scan is allowed .

If that is set correctly and still not working .
Try USB and WiFi on your laptop

If nothing please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for hardware technical support , you can include the thread as reference
And best if you can record screen /Mini showing it not connect , that would speed up the process .

Please do it today if possible , because next week the office is on a national Holidays.
