I backed by splitting into three down payments. I understand we will not be given the form to finalize the order until the last payment has been completed, September 10th.
Any guess on how fast after the form has been filled out until it ships?
It is hard to tell the exactly the time, but next week I will have more info for you when we are back in office on Monday.

I got a tracking number as well. Says it is shipping from Malaysia. It looks like the tariff rate for Malaysia is lower that China–at least for USA customers.

The United States has reduced the reciprocal tariff on most Malaysian goods to 19% ad valorem compared with China 50% -125% , however it may change after October 14th since the tarrifs may be reduced back to normal. It will depends on the Supreme Court.
Now imagine to pay $2000 additional tariffs on Trackit or more.. crazy !
Yea, I would not have ordered a Trackit with a $2000 tariff.
Tariffs, tax and shipping for my Trackit was $977, which cost more than a MetroX or my Miraco…

Can someone please share the overall dimensions of the standard transport cases?
Hi! The dimension of the transport cases are:
For Trackit Standard Edition: Tracker shipping box: 103*47*22cm, weighs 15 KG Scanner shipping box: 68*55*37cm, weighs 23 KG
Trackit Robot 3D Scanning System Edition: Robot shipping box: 94*73*44cm, weighs 32 kg

Mine is in some limbo state. One of the packages just updated an estimated delivery date of Monday (after initially being today) and the other is still pending. In shipping details, service is “Next Day Air.” 
Yea, mine is also delayed. UPS claims “held by government agency” then updated with “Package is oversize/overweight, waiting for pre-authorization”. So maybe I will get it next week.

Same here, it already moved today finally after 4 days , but will be not delivered today as early planned, hopefully tomorrow. UPS screwed it this time . I had 3 days International Express.
That’s funny , this would mean held by customs , but my package left custom and was stuck before getting on the plane . I guess they got overwhelmed with all the huge cases and runs out of space 
UPS screwed it this time.
Not according to a UPS supervisor (international shipping) I spoke with yesterday, he indicated Revopoint’s shipping documents are incorrect (i.e. the real weight/size doesn’t match the documentation) . Singapore caught the discrepancy and here we are. (his story)
UPS indicated nothing can be done from the receiver side.
When I asked Revopoint customer service to resolve the issue (email), they stopped communicating.
Personally I don’t care who’s responsible at this point. I just want it resolved.
So they are sitting in Singapore?
The shipping details both packages as being 16kgs, which seems unlikely.
My package is not Trackit but different scanner, same issue , after it left custom , it was delayed by UPS in transit but already moved so no issues with paperwork.
And you are right , no matter who did what , but I am getting tones of packages from Revopoint in the lastest 3 years , it never happened with DHL or FedEx,
with UPS always something .. and if you are not the sender then virtually there is nothing you can do but wait.
Regarding your issue with the CS not communicating .. I will check out for you tonight .
