Good news! MetroX orders will start shipping around December 10th. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, carrier, and tracking link. Emails will be sent in batches, so please be patient if yours takes a little longer to arrive.

Finally got my shipping notice (label created) 41 minutes ago from PledgeBox.

Outside chance I will have my Christmas present by Christmas. :slightly_smiling_face:

How was it shipped then? Maybe just a wrong information? Did you receive estimated delivery date?

I’ve been waiting a few days, nothing has changed since the 12th when I received the tracking number.

Whether the parcel will even arrive this year is another question, I was looking forward to receiving it for Christmas. :frowning:

Is it just me or others too?

I have DHL Express, but that doesn’t change anything if the parcel doesn’t make a step to frone and is only stuck in China. :smiley:

I imagine that Revopoint’s warehouse is creating all the shipping labels and then notifying DHL. This creates the tracking number and notifies the recipient.
They will then instruct DHL to bulk collect the items.
This is of course just my thoughts on it and isn’t backed up with evidence of any kind.
Even though I am a beta user and have a MetroX, I backed it too so am eager to get mine as well.

My label is from UPS. Of course they don’t actually have the package yet. :slight_smile:

No movement yet with DHL here,
says “Fri 13th Dec, Shipment information received.”
No expected delivery to Australia yet.

Any German has received MetroX or progress in DHL Tracking so far? We are so excited… excited as little children before Christmas… wait… maybe it is Christmas time :wink:

I received a message from DHL Express last night that my parcel is on its way and that matches the tracking number. Unfortunately it’s not until after Christmas, but during the holidays when I can deal with it. :grin:

Yeah before Chinese new Year, if not it could take until Easter :rofl:

So far, this is unfortunately the worst experience with revopoint Kickstarter projects I had.

Like me, I’ve never had such a complex process on Kickstarter. And the long delaying tactics, also a bit strange.
