Yeah, I’ll take DHL over UPS. I had two packages being sent from the same company, UPS managed to send one of them to New Zealand, and I ended up with the one from the guy in New Zealand! UPS couldn’t sort it out, so it was left to us to sort it out. UPS just covered the exchange

I don’t think UPS really operates here any more i think they use a partner company

The shipping details both packages as being 16kgs, which seems unlikely.

Yes, and yes. That’s the problem according to UPS. The information Revo submitted to UPS isn’t accurate (size and/or weight) and someone in Singapore called it out (per UPS). I have no idea what’s happening between Revo and UPS because UPS won’t disclose that information and Revo isn’t responding to my email.

My packages have been sitting in Singapore for 2x days now with no movement.

My package is not Trackit but different scanner, same issue , after it left custom , it was delayed by UPS in transit but already moved so no issues with paperwork.

The documentation was probably correct on that shipment.

Regarding your issue with the CS not communicating .. I will check out for you tonight .

Chain of events with Revo CS>

  1. Called CS asked for them to sort this issue. Was told by agent they can’t do anything because my call time was not during business hrs in China.
  2. Revo CS responds (9PM ish yesterday) telling me incorrect information about needing to contact UPS to schedule the delivery. That’s not how signature confirmation works. They are telling me to watch out for an email from UPS that’s not coming because I don’t have an account with UPS. Only ppl that have an account with UPS get email shipping updates.
  3. Next day (today) I email Revo CS (reply to the above irrelevant info). Ask them to please fix the problem because my shipment hasn’t moved in more than 24hrs (still in Singapore).
  4. Revo CS replies again asking if I contacted UPS and if I received an email from them. Revo email closes with ā€œif you have any other question get in touch & they look forward to assisting me furtherā€.
  5. I reply again indicating there will be no email from UPS to me (no ups account). That UPS indicates this is a problem on the Revo side with the shipping docs. Only Revo can fix it. I’m not asking questions, I’m requesting that Revo fix the issue in Singapore so the package will move.

My last email to Revo CS was 1:05PM Eastern time US. It’s now after 9PM and I still have no response to the request for Revo to fix this in Singapore. My tracking status remains unchanged (since 9/3/25 4:55PM local Singapore) ā€œThe package is either overweight or oversized. We require pre-delivery authorization for delivery.ā€

I just got a clear reply from the Logistics Team. Any customer who sees this type of tracking info doesn’t need to do anything; Revopoint will handle this. The tracking information will update soon.

Does the logistics team have any timeline on this?

It would be nice to have some idea of what to expect. Are we looking at another week? Couple extra days? Everyone’s definition of ā€œsoonā€ is going to be different. I don’t think anyone is expecting a promise, just something more definitive than ā€œsoonā€.

Because I need hope. I’m dying out here. I had to do 30mm tube weldment scans again today with my Miraco. Of course it’s LH&RH. They have to be pre-painted white, I have to mess around with global markers, it’s several scans to do each weldment (both sides, full coverage). It was frankly horrifying to deal with tube weldments again using a Miraco on the very day my TrackIT was supposed to show up…

I don’t think they can do anything or speed it up or get any date , it will be up to UPS to set the final delivery date , the sender have very limited options in cases like that.

I still don’t have delivery date yet my scanner arrived in the US already. Have no choice but wait and hope…

Sadly my delivery was rescheduled from today to Monday and so my scanning plans… 1-3 days worldwide express saver with a guarantee, turned into one week. :sob:

Considering how expensive this shipping service is $200 per 4.5 kg (10lb) package , one more reason to dislike UPS services.

We both know it’s not like that. The sender has ALL the options with regards to resolution and the sharing of information.

Revo hasn’t provided any information about what happened, resolution timeline, or what they are doing to fix this. They have access to all of that information. At this moment, nobody has even been assured by Revo they understand there is a problem, and they are working to resolve the issue.

the RevoTrack software isnt available on the website yet. Where did you grab yours from?

It is on the USB stick , but not recommending to use it other than check up.

I actually used the one on the usb stick as I didn’t receive the email before testing.
Waiting for the new version now.
