the RevoTrack software isnt available on the website yet. Where did you grab yours from?
It is on the USB stick , but not recommending to use it other than check up.

When i try to open the links for the setup and connection it says the videos are private

I actually used the one on the usb stick as I didn’t receive the email before testing.

I received a 7 digit tracking code for my Track-it scanner but when I click on it leads to nothing. I don’t get any shipping information.
Dear revopoint can you help me with this one?
Most of the time, the tracking code is generated when the shipment is booked, but no tracking data will be generated until after the shipping company has picked it up

Thanks for the quick reply. Have you any idea how long it takes before the shipping company wil pick it up? I received the track code a week ago.
No mate, I wouldn’t know. There has been a typhoon in Asia. There are disruptions for US deliveries
Received the Trackit on wednesday. Happy as a kid in a candy store
