My backer number was 3.790, and I think you told us (there were several people who didn’t get the truntable) that the problem was the LiOn-Batteries, which the carrier didn’t want to transport.
For mobile kit, there’s battery inside, so the delivery is delayed because of carrier issue. But the orders had been sent out. For turntable, no this issue.
I will ask customer service team to confirm the problem.

Is it not possible to do pop2 without accessories at a discount for original Kickstarter backers. Because we already have the accessories and they are low quality anyway.
I did back the POP2 but didn’t see anything about the upgrade. Is that going to be applied somewhere on our Kickstarter order so us original backers will be receiving that free upgrade?
Considering the sad state of the POP, it seems like refunds for the fast shipping that wasn’t provided and actually fixing the software so that it works is in order. I can’t be the only one that’s a tad disappointed that so many months after receiving theirs that it still hasn’t produced any usable scans. The WiFi outright can’t keep up, the turntable is far faster than what the POP can handle and it’s only been in recent weeks that we’ve had any sort of USB support, and even that isn’t working right.
Bonuses are nice, but what am I going to do with a POP2 when there’s no reason to believe that it’s going to function any better than the POP does.
The texture camera (RGB) has been confirmed by reveopoint that it the same size sensor as the POP1. It has not changed from the original 2MP. Which is why I am not backing it. Some undefined chip enhancement has been added but no more pixels.
