Struggling to scan this item! Grrr

I’m trying to scan this small item. It’s black in color but I’ve used powder foot spray to make it white. I’ve tried many different things with the Revopoint Metro X and I’m still struggling. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

There is a white spray you can use, that will dissipate in few hours.

Hi! Foot powder spray should be enough for make it scannable. But I recommend using auto turntable mode for that small piece. Which scanning modes have you already tried and had problems with?

As Ivan said, using auto turntable mode. Scan it in a few different positions and then merge the scan together. Some screen shots of what you have attempted and the results will help us guide what you should try

Laser mode , dark object settings , capture couple of angles and merge them .

Or Auto mode with 3D spray , if you don’t have it you can mix some baby powder with rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and use it instead by slightly spraying the surface don’t over spray . Let it dry and scan .
