Solved: POP4 only working in Wi-Fi mode

I’m on a windows 11 PC (core 5 ultra 245KF, B860i mainboard, almost brand new) and the Pop 4 (also brand new) is connected via USB-C port directly to my mainboards USB-C, no adapters or anything in between. I get a green light on the scanner, it shows connected, shows the serial number BUT I can’t calibrate it (“Failed to set camera parameters.”) and when I start a scan I can’t get a preview or picture of what I am scanning.

When switching to Wi-Fi everything works, except for the calibration.

And yes, I re-installed the revo scan 6 software multiple times, tried v6.3.1 and v6.3.2, re-installed camera drivers (both are showing up in my device manager) but no luck getting it to work properly. Ideas?

Hi

Did you grant permission for camera access under windows camera privacy settings, too?

cheers

You are my hero! Thank you very much.

It is working now and calibration also worked!
