Connection problem (green light)

Hi,

I use a PC on win 11 pro with POP
I launch revo scan 5 → Scan connected on the main screen
i click on new project → cam error you need to restart the scanner !!!

A solution ?

What scanner you are using ? POP or Mini Beta?

POP
few second connected and few second deconnected !
