Revoscan 5.4.1 doesn't see the Miraco over USB (MacOS)

Sorry to bump an old thread. I am also having USB connectivity issues on my metrox running a Macbook 24gb M4. Reconnecting the scanner, restarting software and computer, running from terminal doesn’t work either. I’m at a lost!

Edit: Figured out the issue. The app needed permissions to be running in the background in system settings.

Maybe you using wrong software
There are 2 software , only one works with MetroX
