Revo Scan 5 not requesting camera access

I have been trying to connect my Inspire 2 to my PC, but none of the online help I have found has worked.

Revo Scan 5 says “scanner not found”

Device Manager shows the cameras as “INSPIRE2-REVO-DEPTHCAM” and “INSPIRE2-REVO-RGBCAM”

Notice how the list of applications that have requested camera access does not include Revo Scan.. How do I force the request?

I have tried fully disabling anti-virus and firewall and running Revo Scan as administrator already.

My laptop model is ASUS FX507ZM-BS74. I am plugging the Inspire 2 into the Thunderbolt 4 port.

I have also tried restarting my computer, updating windows, and reinstalling Revo Scan.

Inspire 2 requires Revo Metro software ,it will not works with Revo Scan .
