I posted a message on here and am in contact with support but wanted to update.
On 5.6.7 I started to have the silent crashing with the revoscan Metro X software when I changed the Auto Turntable setting movement to 54 to get the most detail from a model. The laser scanning was fine. They then released 5.6.8 which fixed my turntable crashing issue but silent closed on laser scanning when it couldnt detect markers.
I then went to 5.6.9 and Auto turntable issue came back but never tried the laser scanning as my project needed the Auto Turntable.
Long story short, and Im no detective, but I have noticed that everyone on here that has had issues, have Ryzen processors.
I am back in contact with support to see if anything can be done and sent off the crash reports ![]()
