Revo MINI Solid Red Light

When I 1st bought my MINI it worked perfectly but it has sat on the shelf for a year or so. I’m now using it on a new computer and I see that windows recognizes it but Revo Scan doesn’t see it. It just sits with a solid red light. I’ve tried making sure I have the most up to date scan software, I’ve tried an older version of the scan software, I’ve checked my USBs and they’re 3.2, I’ve tried using the battery pack for power supply, I’ve tried using the scanner software on my phone, and I’ve updated the firmware on the scanner. I’m not sure what else to try.
