I’m encountering an issue with my Revopoint 3D scanner that I can’t seem to resolve on my own. The scanner won’t turn on; instead, there’s a continuous red LED light. I’ve tried reloading the firmware, which completed successfully, but the problem persists. Interestingly, I was able to use the scanner for one scan recently after the issue temporarily disappeared, but then it reoccurred and has remained ever since.
I have already sent the log file to support and am hoping for a response this time. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, or does anyone have suggestions on what else I might try?
You need to resolve your issues with the technical support as here is nothing anybody can help you with , if you see a red light only it means the scanner can’t reboot so you need technical assistance to fix this hardware issue .
Since you already contacted customer@revopoint3d.com there is nothing else I can help you with but wait for you for the response via email .
