Proper tutorials on advisable procedure for scanning Human torso from knees to neck

Hey Everyone
In may i bought myself a Revpoint Inspire 3D scanner
and so far, i am very happy with it, and i have managed to make a couple of real nice human torso scans, one of a male muscular guy, and one of a pregnant woman.

I have been browsing through the net to find out the best procedure to scan
objects of human torso size.

The thing is , Some times i loose tracking, and i have to start over…
Some times i get like a quick tracking looss wich makes me end up with like a ghost character next to it, wich it sometimes removes by it self after.

I also read that for best scan quality, it is not advisable to scan over the same arear more then once, but still, i take it i need arears to overlab…

So what is the advisable procedure for getting the best quality by not passing over the same arear again and again, and get the best full model,

As it is now, i try my best to move slowly and get the entire model in one take,
but would it be better / easyer / more advisable, to scan some of it, then pause, move, and then start scanning again with somewhat overlap, and then align all the scans after ?

Anyone who can can make a good tutorial video on
somthing like t his, or can share some info on it if you got
good experience in this arear .

i would very much like to hear from you so i can learn some more

Best regards
Misdk
