POP's back light changes to RED when connecting to RS.5.1.0

Confirmed for Android version. The LED is green right after the app starts and connection is established and even after clicking “New Project”. But, when I click “Start Scanning”, LED goes red but scan is normal and stays red the entire session for as many scans as I complete before disconnecting. I’ll test Windows PC soon as well.

Hi Mike, did you wrote to customer@revopoint3d.com with this issue ? I don’t see anybody active in the forum from our support team in the last 3 days … I will leave reminder note again tomorrow evening when everyone is back in the office .
Maybe @Revopoint-Jane can check on it if she is around tomorrow.

Sorry for the late reply.

We have noticed the issue. I am actively communicating with our R&D team, they are testing it and initially determined that it may be a bug in the software, we will be the first to tell you when we have a conclusion.

The problem with the POP indicator has been located. It will be fixed in the next version for Revo Scan

The new upgrade has not solved the light problem…

The inicator is still green bleu then red,

@MikeC Hi Mike, sorry for the inconvenience. After confirming with our colleague, the Revo Scan V5.2.1 will solve this issue, the version now is V5.2.0, and the new version will release at the end of July or Beginning of Aug., please wait and test then, if still not working, please let us know freely.
