Trying to get this POP 2 work but I think I have a hardware issue. I bought it for my job new and never used it. Never had a need. Thought I’d give it a go and learn some before buying a newer version. I have tried it conneted to my android phone and my Mac, (both revoscan 5) with the same issues. Connects fine, color preview is good but IR is very dark even turned up to 10. I can not calibrate cause its too dark. Tried multiple variations of light from complete darkness to bright light, but still nothing. It shows a frame rate but no distance correction, no recording frames. On my phone i get a not enough points warning and i think its because of the same issue. Want to make sure its not user error before i move on. TIA

To speed things out you can make a software screen video showing the issue .
If the depth camera exposure do not responses to setting it may be hardware issue .
Please contact them as soon as possible!
