There are no firmware updates available in Revo Scan 5 , POP1 is not capable to update it’s firmware via Revo Scan .
Please write to customer@revopoint3d.com for hardware and firmware assistance .
In the future please open your new support thread , because in most cases nobody follows old thread anymore .
