POP Firmware update, failure?

There are no firmware updates available in Revo Scan 5 , POP1 is not capable to update it’s firmware via Revo Scan .

Please write to customer@revopoint3d.com for hardware and firmware assistance .

In the future please open your new support thread , because in most cases nobody follows old thread anymore .

Sorry for rezzing an ancient thread, but PLEASE elevate the “Class for rockusb devices”->“USB composite device” to its own troubleshooting article. The same fix applies to POP4 (and other scanners, I’m sure).
