Pop 1 scanner usb not working properly

I have the original pop scanner,im using usb connection to android phone,i tried multiple phones two of them the app does not show the scanner connected and the 3rd connects but when i try to scan it scan for a second then cameras freeze but the app is not freezing (nokia 8 sirocce,samsung s8,redmi note 12) all of them work well in wifi mode

Hi @Drake870 I moved your issue to the Customer service … probably OTG issue as with all my Android devices … same thing …

@Drake870 Hi Drake, sorry for the delayed reply, did you use a 2-in-1 cable when you connect with your phone?
