I have phone holder from mobile kit and Pixel 6 with a case as a phone. Holder is very tight and there was a risk that holder will damage the phone. So what I did, was remove the rubber pad from the inside side of the holder. When done slowly, it keeps glue on the rubber. Unscrew both screws, and remove one of two springs in the holder. Other option is to cut spring shorter, however removing whole spring is reversible. After that I’ve mounted it back together, and holder now holds phone safely but gently.
