I bought my Trakit scanner in October 2025. I performed the initial calibration, then performed a few scans, and the scanned object turned green on the screen. Then I put everything back in the two black boxes, and only three days ago did I get my hands on the scanner again. I updated the software and recalibrated the scanner. All the operating parameters are correct. The problem is that the scanned objects never turn green but remain blue. I also tried in marker mode, but the problem persists.

The objects don’t turn green anymore , the color was changed to slightly bluish green now , sort of a teal color .
