Just please don’t calibrate it before you even tried anything .
To re calibrate your Tracker you will need to get horrible results with your scan like double scans or missing parts while scanning or lose tracking , that will not happen even after long months of daily scanning . Don’t go there if you really don’t have too.
You can re calibrate manually just the scanner alone using the board if the surface is not clean and too noisy .
But test it first on a simple light in color matte surfaced object to determine if you really need it in first place.
I don’t recalibrated my Trackit for 9 months and still perfect every day. I only did once manually after firmware update in the past.
It is very stable and precise for long time.

I have been trying to calibrate the scanner for several days, but when it starts scanning the Trackit, the Trackit gimbal moves a little and then the program closes. Sometimes it seems that the Trackit gimbal loses connection. I have made sure that the ends of the cables are properly connected and that the side is correct, but it does not work.
Does anyone know what might be happening and how to fix it?

That is the best thing you can do in this case , don’t try to fix it yourself .
You can stillcalibeate your scanner manually using just the single board .
Calibrating it fully is not recommended unless you have serious issues like lost of tracking . It you recently updated the firmware to use color scanning , other way not recommended.
But if it don’t works , it’s time to contact the technical support ASAP
