when my object rotates it shows up as green on the screen, all the settings seem correct, but when i scan and as it spins, there is a blue continuous shadow that appears all the way around. This results in a horrible result. What am i doing wrong?

Hi @mikeacc there should be no green showing anywhere or blue … unless you talking about the RGB preview .
Please include your scanner software operation system and a screenshot .
