last weekend i completed at least three full field scans in turntable mode with my metrox scanner, this weekend i cant even get the scanner to start a scan without my screen flashing “not enough point clouds captured”. any help would be greatly appreciated. kind of at wits with this scanner. i looked on line for possible causes. i am trying to scan the same object, same location, same computer. when not in use scanner placed back in it’s case. scanning spray used. nothing works. full field window is black.. computer passes performance check. please help.

Turntable mode is not Full Field , it is single shot mode that captures the objects differently from Full Field .
Can you have done picture of your object and an screenshot of the software ?
There is an option in the software to capture screenshot , or click Print screen button on your keyboard .
Did you tried to use actual Full Field and laser mode to see if they working fine ?
Can you capture screenshot of the modes with your object as well ?
I had the same message with Inspire 2. It may not be the same cause of course but I found that my GPU was not up to spec and switching off GPU acceleration allowed scanning to work.
