My brand new MetroX is not working like it should at all. In marker mode it can scan the flat plate of the turntable but it even has trouble doing that. I messed with all the GPU/CPU settings, exposure, uninstalled and reinstalled… NOTHING has made this thing work like all the tutorial videos. Calibration does not seem to help. The quality map is completely blank. I think the unit is defective. I’ll see if the support team that I emailed can help. I had low expectations but this unit doesn’t appear to work at all.

The exposure with the bust should be set on 1 , if nothing appears in the viewport it means the projector is not responding correctly in Full Field mode, I assume you checked the other modes without issues right ?
GPU acceleration is only for use with Laser mode .
Check other mode as well , the technical team will evaluate the hardware for you so keep an eye on the email from customer@revopoint3d.com
