Miraco won’t charge and won’t turn in

Hi. I have only used my Miraco a few times. I tried to charge it the other day but it was unresponsive. Any idea what I should do?
It doesn’t seem to be charging and it won’t turn on. I tried multiple different usbc cables to see if that was the cause but it still did not work

Please check if the charger is working , plug in something else to check out , use only the long USB cable for Miraco the shirt one is only for the turntable

If the charger working fine then please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for future assistance

Of the included charger don’t works try to plug into any other fast charger , the battery icon should show up on MIRACO if working fine

If nothing then you last option is to contact customer@revopoint3d.com
