MIRACO does not switch on

Why is your support not answering my problem with Miraco???
I am writing them for 3 days but they stop replying after I asked to replace the device since it is not working.

We don’t handle hardware issues in the forum so you will have to wait until the tech team is back in office .

Curious what the fix was to get your scanner to turn on again. I was using my Miraco Pro this morning all was good. Shut down to work in CAD. Now I’m trying to turn again but nothing works even plugged to the charging adapter.
