Do we need a special cable? Does it work only with the original cable? I have the same issue, but only with the Mac. With a Windows and same cable works perfectly. Thanks

Tip
Usually the original cable is what you need since it working fine on your Windows computer as you said so there is not cable issue.
However with MAC you can try other USB cable like 2.0 or thunderbolt cable ( as I do ) and see if it works , or try import via WiFi .
The cable issue is not related to Miraco or the software , it is related to the system and how it recognize the USB connection using the original cable what is USB 3 0 and also require USB 3.0 connection.
A good thunderbolt USB C cable always works perfectly.
