As stated in the title i performed a factory reset on the scanner and then upon restarting it, it would not scan anything nor show any of what the cameras could see, the GUI is there but everything is just black.
I am very new to this btw and this is my first experience with 3d scanning

Could you please tell us the system version of your MIRACO? Is it the original version? Have you upgraded it since you purchased it?
