Hopefully this week , waiting for important new system update for my Beta device …also made some custom easy improvements that you would like for sure … for capturing color data without specular reflections with cross polarization … going to be extra interesting … will send you message once I am ready .

I am under NDA , so it is up to Revopoint if they like to share it or not .
BTW I still have issue with my Beta Device specifically with alignment of RGB camera so it is not yet perfect … it going to be fixed next week .
I am just back from work so after my dinner will start scanning things for my showcase . I have couple of great examples already that will make you happy … but the very best is yet to come …
Remember the devices you gonna get will be on another level … as usual , especially regarding textures , because that is my professional speciality and I keep an eye on the pre production regarding that , since I know what you need .
So don’t worry it is all coming together nicely.
I am also in process of testing 8K textures for all other scanners in RS5 so the developing progress is great … and the future bright !
There is already a lot of additional features added to better control the texturing results so we go somewhere to the right place .
It’s gonna be great !

@PUTV is one of our beta testers and also very generously donates her spare time to help other users. As PUTV said, she has a very early pre-production version of the MIRACO that has an RGB alignment issue at the moment (this issue has already been resolved for the mass-production devices). However, we’re still trying to solve this particular issue for her pre-production device, so please be patient with her.

That’s my job to test out the early pre-production hardware in the real field as a independent user to find all stuff that need to be adjusted to perfection so you guys get the best of the best …
I am testing actually a second early pre-production prototype already … and things get only better .
You remember my coin scanning from live show with the first one ?
Here is a coin scanning with the second one …
Perfect 0.05mm accuracy ( 50 microns ) in action … But it maybe even 0.04mm to be honest as it is much better than POP3 accuracy , that’s for sure .
Here couple of texture tests to show off the details … it will get only better
