Has anyone else had any issues getting a warranty replacement from Revopoint?
My Mini out of the blue went bad while in storage. I contacted Revopoint. I did all the troubleshooting stuff and it was established Mini is bad and is under warranty. Replacement will be sent and I will have to send in my old unit.
At this point, I been ghosted. Sent over 6 emails over a 6 week period.
I moved your message to Customer Service , @Revopoint-Jane will check on your issue , in main time please send her DM with the same email you contacted customer support .
