Mini revoscan 5.3.1 - issue review

I just installed revoscan 5.3.1 I use revopoint mini. I can’t see the preview of the scan, can you help me? Thank you :smiley:

if it is very urgent please write to customer@revopoint3d.com explaining your situation , your computer specification, serial number of your MINI , screenshot of the software while the Mini is connected , as they need to know more about to help you out , speed things out …include more information in your email .
