Ooh, UPS finally has the package in China.
After UPS set an initial delivery date of today, now there is no delivery date and a little yellow ! symbol with no explanation in the tracking. Just “in transit” forever. 
My Metro X arrived today. Just before Christmas. Perfect to put under the Christmas tree and unwrap it on the 24th. Thanks to DHL for the extremely fast delivery. (Austria - EU)

Mine still hasn’t been shipped, so I asked support where my scanner was and if there was more information, then this email came back.I think this is completely off topic and I wonder whether people actually answer the emails.

Hope this email finds you well! We just got an update from the logistics team the tracking status is normal and the shipping status will be updated soon
I mean, there are 2800 scanners, it should be possible to hand them over to DHL in 14 days (since December 10th) or at least make a statement about where they are…
I received notification that UPS would deliver on Thursday, Dec. 19th by 4:30 pm.
That was the notification until 11:45 pm.
After midnight (now the 20th), the UPS tracking page status changed to “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible”.
After a possible intervention by Cassie, the UPS status page now says that it is in Shenzhen, China and will be delivered Thursday, Dec. 26 between 12:30 and 4:30 pm.
I sure hope it’s earlier, because that’s the late afternoon & evening we are volunteering to put flowers on a Rose Bowl Parade Float.
Just arrived in Germany (NRW), delivered by DHL!

My UPS package departed a facility in Shenzhen, China and was scanned 4 times in 4 days, each showing as in transit, but apparently never left China. Yesterday it again departed a facility in Shenzhen, China. Today at least it made it to Japan.
