I powered up the scanner and it shows a green ring of light, the fan is working but it says
on RevoScan 5.5.0 “scanner is disconnected”. What could the problem be?
Please don’t say to unplug and retry.
You use wrong Revo Scan Version. There is one only for MetroX!
On the page scroll down, there is Revo Scan 5 MetroX to download.
