MetroX scanner disconnected after update Revo Scan 5.6.3 and FW

Hello, support team,

Today Revo scan software told to update software so I decided to select yes.
The window program upgraded and when the new software starts it said scanner firmware update as well so I also select to yes.

however, after then the Revo Scan could not connect to the scanner device at all.

What shall I do ?

Just restart it and try again if the message prompts.

Make sure you restart also the scanner before . First start the software then connect scanner .

after restart the system, the new software can be connected to the scanner.
